General Provider Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard and virtual participants who need to cancel must do so at least 30 days before the training program date. Cancellations made at least 29 days before the workshop will receive a refund minus a 15 % administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 28 days before the training program will not receive a refund with the exception of sickness or death in the family.

ADA ACCOMMODATION POLICY

The Stretch Lady is committed to maintaining an inclusive and accessible environment. Reasonable accommodations and modifications to policies, practices or procedures in order to make services, programs and activities will be made accessible to qualified individuals with disabilities unless the modification would fundamentally change the nature of the service program or activity. Accommodations will be made in a timely manner and individualized.

GRIEVANCE POLICY

1. The Stretch Lady seeks to provide a supportive education in a professional environment.
2. If there are concerns about the coursework please submit a written notice of the issue of concern to [email protected] within 30 days after completion of the coursework that includes a description of the situation.
3. The Stretch Lady will review the submission and provide a recommendation for retribution.
4. The Stretch Lady will inform the parties involved in the complaint in writing of its decision and the reasons surrounding the decision. The Stretch Lady is final and binding on all parties associated with the complaint.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT

This policy has been developed because conflicts of interest may arise and do not need to present a problem. The Stretch Lady commits to assisting in identifying, disclosing and managing conflicts of interest appropriately. If anything does arise please submit a written notice of the issue of concern to [email protected] within 30 days after completion of the coursework that includes a description of the situation.
